Consultancy Disclaimer

Important boundaries around NDIS registration, audits, legal advice and business outcomes.

Independent consultancy

Meridian Consultants is an independent business and compliance advisory. It is not part of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, the NDIA or any government agency, and it is not a law firm.

Audit separation

Meridian Consultants does not conduct independent NDIS quality audits. Applicants select and engage an NDIS-approved quality auditor. The auditor makes an audit recommendation and the NDIS Commission makes the registration decision.

No outcome guarantees

No registration, audit, participant, referral, funding, timeframe or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on scope, evidence, suitability, external assessment, market conditions and the organisation’s own decisions and performance.

Applicant responsibility

Applicants remain responsible for application accuracy and must be substantially involved, understand what is submitted, explain the material and ensure policies and evidence reflect the real organisation and proposed supports.

No substitute for specialist advice

Business and compliance advisory does not replace legal, accounting, financial, employment, clinical or other specialist advice where that advice is required.
